In which areas do you want to develop professionally? We keep our innovative force alive using a variety of advanced training measures. This is why teamtechnik offers a comprehensive orientation program, during which you are accompanied by a mentor.


At teamtechnik, you can broaden your professional training, for example by participating in training for CAD/CAE programs, programming languages and new technologies or in conferences, workshops and trade fairs. Furthermore, we offer seminars on presentation and moderation techniques or telephone training to enhance soft skills even further. You can also learn languages conveniently in-house at one of our locations.


Along with an orientation program for all new employees that lasts several months, we also provide specific training programs for various employee groups, including engineers, technicians and management. We also support our staff if they obtain extra-occupational additional qualifications.

As a family-friendly company, we take various actions to support a comfortable work/life balance for our employees: Along with the flexible scheduling of work hours and workflows, we also assist in re-entering the workforce during or after parental leave.

Our working parents at the location in Freiberg really like Zwergenstüble Freiberg e.V., a day care facility for children between the ages of one and three. teamtechnik Freiberg sponsors this child care and educational facility, which has high pedagogical Standards.

Health management

Are health and fitness important to you? To us too! Because healthy and fit people are more satisfied, more motivated and contribute to the performance and competitive abilities of teamtechnik. We consider health management one of the most important components of an optimal work/life balance.

Our health program includes a wide variety of aspects: For example, you can consult with our in-house physician at our Freiberg headquarters for health issues and questions. He or she provides urgent care, helps you stay healthy and gives advice with questions about leading a healthy life, nutrition, workplace safety and ergonomics. If desired, he or she can also give flu vaccinations.

We are not only committed to health programs, but also support our employees in sports activities.  You can play a wide variety of sports in various teamtechnik leagues in the immediate vicinity of the workplace, including badminton, soccer, beach volleyball and jogging groups. We are especially proud of our corporate "teamgeist" rowing foursome, which has had great success in regattas.
