teamtechnik takes its responsibilities seriously. We actively address current themes as part of our everyday activity and frequently take a pioneering approach in. For example, the areas of electromobility, renewable energy and also invest heavily in apprenticeship program. Our success will not be achieved at the cost of the environment. Employees fill up with the power of sunlight

teamtechnik has the first standalone photovoltaic system with a storage battery in Baden-Württemberg. There is a 120 kWp photovoltaic system on the roof of the production hall in Freiberg and a vehicle charging point in the grounds.

The photovoltaic system consists of cutting-edge solar modules with an output of 250 watts per module. teamtechnik uses the power generated by the sun to supply the charging stations in the grounds of the factory and to cover part of its own energy requirement . Some of the vehicles in the company fleet are already electric. All the teamtechnik employees who have opted for their own electric vehicle are also able to charge them at the stations at no cost.

Working on behalf of children

teamtechnik provides regular support to social projects concerned with children and young people. One example is the "Zwergenstüble" day care facility which now provides 100 children ranging in age from 1 to 3 years with expert and loving care at three Locations in Freiberg.

Similarly, teamtechnik has been giving long-term support to the "Jobbrücke" organization which aims to coach school students throughout the region to prepare them for working life. The mission of this worthy organization is "a future in work for every school leaver".

Taking apprentices and trainees seriously

teamtechnik is investing heavily in training with a consistently high number of trainees and a new, modern, light and pleasant training center where just under 60 apprentices apply themselves with enthusiasm to learning new skills and trade. The young talents work at cutting-edge...

At teamtechnik, even the proportion of women we employ is rising slightly in the male dominated areas of mechatronics, industrial mechanics, industrial electricians and electronics and mechanical engineering. Up to now, teamtechnik has employed almost all its apprentices after their training. The young recruits also have the opportunity to take up employment in a teamtechnik Group subsidiary outside of Germany.
