A successful presence in Munich

Review - Intersolar Europe & EES

Last May the solar industry came together for Intersolar Europe in Munich, the world’s leading trade fair for the solar power industry. In parallel to this, the Electrical Energy Storage (EES) fair was also held in Munich. Our stand was correspondingly popular throughout the three days of the event.

teamtechnik is well known as a technology leader. In particular there was interest in innovations related to our adhesive Stringer and in our Stringer Systems designed for processing half cells and round wires for solar module production. Interesting conversations about production system expansion were held with customers from all over the world. Michael Essich gave a presentation at the fair on Stringer technology for HJT cells and half cells during the PV Production forum.

For battery module production, teamtechnik offers standalone machines and also complete, turnkey systems for assembly and functional testing. A combination can also be offered of automated and manual work stations. Incoming battery cells are checked and placed into cell carriers. Resistance welding systems can be integrated, while end-of-line testing is performed on all battery modules at the end of the production system. The testing routines are programmed and executed, and the measurement data captured, using teamsoft.TEST. All materials used are fully traceable, as they are scanned in at every station and assigned to the relevant battery module. In a talk given by Sven Kramer in the Battery Production forum, visitors to the show were given an insight into the challenges posed for battery module production and teamtechnik's competence in this field.
