teamtechnik Group is appearing with its fastest assembly systems at this year's Fakuma.  Achieving extremely high output levels, the RTS can, if required, assemble up to 500 plastic assemblies of the highest quality.

The production output of the RTS is remarkable: On a surface area of barely two square meters for the smallest model, the system can achieve 120 cycles per minute - yet also offers the highest level of energy efficiency. Around the world, plastic products like connectors, valves, inhalers, infusion sets, or dosing systems are produced precisely and economically using the RTS assembly system.

Ulrich Traffa, a member of the Executive Board of the teamtechnik subsidiary teamtechnik Automation, adds: “Whether it’s automotive, medical technology, or plastic assemblies from other industries: If you need to produce high unit volumes, the high-speed RTS system is extremely economical. Our customers have confirmed production capacity levels of up to a hundred million parts per year.

Part feeder in exact cycle time

With its own competence center for feeder and palleting systems, teamtechnik can ensure an uninterrupted supply of individual parts for the assembly process. The system can handle even the smallest parts in the single-digit millimeter range. The same applies for delicate and highly sensitive components. The experts in feeder technology specialize in this area.

Mechanical curve system as stable drive

The RTS features a mechanical curve system driven by a servomotor. This exceptionally robust technology guarantees a reliably high output and high system availability over a period of decades. In addition, the system's extremely low power consumption adds to its economic efficiency. In TCO calculations, the system proves itself with its low cost over its entire service life.

teamtechnik,  a market leader in systems and process technology , maintains its market position through its use of future-oriented technology:

The company creates production systems for the automotive, medical, and solar power industries.
