As Executive Vice President for test systems at teamtechnik, Hartmut Berger will boost the current management team of automation and testing technology experts. A highly experienced manager, he will add his international experience in test engineering and project business to this division.

His objective will be to develop efficient and economical automation for the functional testing of transmissions and e-drives, thereby translating the technically feasible into cost-effective customized

solutions. In Hartmut Berger the German-based automation specialist company has welcomed on board an analytical and decisive professional. Before taking up his new position at teamtechnik Berger worked in management positions for 25 years, including at Johann A. Krause in Bremen, which is today a part of ThyssenKrupp System Engineering. This assembly, inspection and testing systems specialist was most recently head of the end-of-line testing section for motors. In this position he was responsible for the entire process chain - from preliminary development and order processing through to after-sales service. Following this he was responsible for the end-of-line cold test for AVL at various European sites and also for business segment development for turbochargers and the realization of vehicle chassis dynamometers.

‘I am delighted to be able to contribute to the worldwide expansion of the company in the e-mobility sector, and to do so in a company that is as agile as teamtechnik, due to its short decision-making paths,’ says Hartmut Berger of his new challenges. Within its automotive division teamtechnik decided to focus its long-term activities on groundbreaking, emission-free technologies and is already an international leader in the field of flexible test benches for electric drive systems today.
