teamtechnik a winner in the Human Resources Excellence Awards 2017

At the start of this year teamtechnik was awarded Top Employer, and now we have once again received the distinction of the Human Resources Excellence Award 2017 for outstanding personnel management. This prestigious award is given for innovative flagship projects in human resources management. We won in the ‘Event & Experience (SME)’ category and did so thanks to our use of virtual reality.

Data glasses were used to send potential applicants directly to teamtechnik production systems. They were able to interact with the systems, see processes close up and even observe components from within. This made teamtechnik assembly and test lines - which can be the size of a soccer field - something that can be experienced at an emotional level.

We are delighted with this award. Our head of personnel, Robin Heine, and his team are of course particularly pleased: ‘We asked ourselves how we, as a ‘hidden champion’, could make the fact that teamtechnik is a high-tech company into something you can experience. How we could demonstrate that our efficient automation solutions are state of the art in a convincing way that would leave a lasting impression - and that we win customers all over the world with our solutions.’

Future up-and-coming technical and management personnel can thus take a virtual dive into the world of teamtechnik's high-tech solutions at recruitment fairs. This method of presenting ourselves as a company won over the judges. Winning this distinction has boosted our confidence that we are moving in the right direction.
