The benefits of combining fast-cycle assembly systems with their own feeder and palleting systems were experienced by visitors at the in-house trade fair organized by teamtechnik subsidiary teamtechnik Automation from October 9 to 11 in Ludwigsburg.

The company opened its full production halls to welcome a specialist public from all over the world. Customers and business partners learned about the development process via cam-driven assembly and test lines for the automotive, medtech, and consumer sectors. Particular interest was shown by the large number of visitors in the assembly line for infusion sets. teamtechnik is the only system manufacturer to offer its own feeder and palleting solutions for an extreme diversity of applications. Even the most delicate plastic parts can be reliably delivered in the required condition and at the right cycle rate. Thanks to the interaction of the production system, parts feed and software, a higher level of interface security in the assembly process is achieved. This is particularly significant for high-speed systems as it enables the potential of their fast cycle rates to be fully realized.

High performance for mass-produced components

Specially for the mass production of plastic assemblies such as connectors, spray pumps and infusion sets, teamtechnik has developed a suitable RTS assembly system that can produce extremely high unit volumes reliably even in 24/7 production. The RTS can be driven by a servomotor and works with a mechanical cam system. This level of performance is difficult to achieve using electro-pneumatic systems. The response of the international specialist audience to the production systems at teamtechnik Automation was consistently highly positive.
