The theory is taught in a small group and is based on the examination tasks. The basics of CNC technology and the programming procedure are taught with a focus on the topics covered in the examination. Gap texts are completed and programmes are created entirely by the students themselves. Individual self-written programmes are milled on the machine. Basic knowledge of milling is required.
