The assessment by the "Top Employers Institute" is based on a comprehensive certification process, which is checked by an independent external audit. The assessment focuses on the categories of talent strategy, personnel planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, performance management, leadership development, career and succession planning, compensation & benefits and corporate culture.
"Achieving the award again makes us very proud, especially because 2021 was marked by the Corona pandemic. We reacted quickly, flexibly and consistently and were able to score points in particular with our regulations regarding for mobile working. The certification is thus also an award for the great performance of the entire HR team," says Ivonne Eckstein, Vice President Human Resources at teamtechnik.
Plus points were also awarded for the improvements in the area of training and development, which were largely made possible by the fact that the company has been part of the Dürr Group since 2021.
